I’m not usually one to give unsolicited advice and tell others how to live, but as a married Christian man speaking to another, please, for goodness sake, Josh, shut off the baby factory for a while and get some help. I genuinely hope you can keep your family together because the last thing this world needs is another broken family. I don’t know you and can’t imagine the pain your family is going through right now, but you owe it to your wife and children to get your heart right.
