I’ve been waiting for this moment. I’ve had this blog post written in my head for weeks and now it’s time to post.
The volleying between Trump and Hillary is heating up, and it was only a matter of time before someone on Hillary’s behalf played the female card.
You see, Trump’s latest remark really has the Democrats hopping mad.
“She was going to beat Obama,” Trump said of Clinton, speaking in Grand Rapids, Michigan. “… She was going to beat – she was favored to win – and she got schlonged. She lost.”
According to Reuters, this constitutes a vulgarity. Seriously, I can’t believe this offends them. These are the same people who have no problem with Planned Parenthood’s mass slaughter of the unborn. And we’re supposed to believe the word “schlong” ruffles their feathers? At any rate, Trump’s remark prompted a hilarious anti-bullying remark from Hillary.
“It’s important to stand up to bullies wherever they are, and why we shouldn’t let anybody bully his way into the presidency because that is not who we are as Americans,” Clinton said, according to video that aired on MSNBC on Tuesday.
This comes from a woman, who, along with her husband, redefined political bullying in their day.
Furthermore, Jennifer Palmieri, Clinton’s communications director, tweeted, “We are not responding to Trump but everyone who understands the humiliation this degrading language inflicts on all women should.”
And here we go. Just as we couldn’t criticize Obama because he’s black, now we can’t criticize Hillary because she’s a woman. It’s become the modus operandi of the Democrat Party. Nominate a minority/female for president and then attempt to innoculate them from criticism by dropping the race/gender card.
Not again. No way. If you’re running for president, you are very much open for criticism, and if you can’t handle it, get out of politics. This is exactly why I support Trump. Whereas establishment Republicans willingly play by the Democrats’ rules, Trump doesn’t. And it’s exactly what we need.
Besides, we know the left really doesn’t have a problem saying degrading things about women in politics. Look at the way they savaged Sarah Palin and her daughters back in 2008. Hillary has never faced anything so withering.
