School vouchers delayed

Rep. Bill Dunn, sponsor of a bill that would create school vouchers in Tennessee, has tabled his bill due to a lack of votes. During the process, Rep. Dunn made a remark about opponents of school vouchers that it’s always “Don’t take our money,” not “Don’t take our kids.” And therein lies the primary difference between school voucher opponents and proponents. With opponents, it’s all about the money. With proponents, it’s all about the individuals.
