A preventable disaster

In Baton Rouge, they measured more than 30″ of rain during the month of August alone, or very nearly what we have received in Nashville for the entire year thus far. People lost their lives and many more lost their homes as a result of the flooding. If only world leaders had signed the Paris climate agreement a little earlier, then the atmosphere might have obliged and not brought so much devastation to Louisiana.
