Can’t state the obvious

Over the weekend there were multiple attacks by Islamic militants in St. Cloud, MN and NYC/NJ. The media and Democrat politicians fell over themselves to assure us it wasn’t terrorism, that there wasn’t any connection. But we know there was. Anyone with common sense knows that when a Muslim commits an act of violence while shouting “Allahu Akbar,” there’s only one logical explanation.

But you can’t call terrorism terrorism, even when it obviously is.

You can’t say we must stop the flow of Muslim refugees because terrorists are slipping in and we have to protect American citizens first.

Yon can’t say these things because of political correctness. In that alternate universe inhabited only by liberals, seeking safety from militant Islam is racism.

Heck, everything is racism anymore.

In Tulsa, a black man, presumably unarmed, was shot and killed by a police officer. Hillary Clinton’s response is to lecture all white people.

Clinton told Harvey that if the African-American community came out and voted for her, she would work to stop racial shootings by police officers.

“Maybe I can by speaking directly to white people say, ‘Look this is not who we are,’” she said. “We’ve got to do everything possible to improve policing, to go right at implicit bias.

You can’t say all lives matter. That’s racist. You can’t even point out the fact that if black lives really do matter, then don’t lecture white people, but take your message to the inner cities where blacks are killing blacks in far greater numbers. Our political discourse has become so twisted and perverted by mindless liberals that you can’t state the obvious without being called names.
